Not much is known about the Gigante Euphorbus because he is shown and identified on vases there is not written text about him.  Euphorbos does however appear on a fragment of a vase .  He is shown wearing red greaves as well as holding a shield with streams of blood.  While some of the fragment is missing it appears he had been shot by an arrow.  It is however unclear as towards whether it was Apollo, Artemis or Herakles who had shot Euphorbus because while he was shot Euphorbus was still standing.  be Unfortunately due to copyright laws the image cannot be posted.
