Hylonome was a Kentaurid (female Kentaur). She was the only Kentaurid invited to the wedding of Peirithoos and Hippodameia. When the wedding ended up becoming somewhat of a battle, her husband Kyllaros died in the fight she committed suicide by casting herself upon his spear.
