Pallas (Πάλλας) was one of the Gigantes. Athena crushed him with a stone and flayed him in order to use his skin to make her as a shield. Since no Gigantes could be killed by a god without the aid of a mortal hero, it can be assumed that Herakles assisted Athena in killing Pallas though it is not stated.
